Ok, how should I put this....  I am completely confused and mystified.  I'm not even sure how to relate everything in a coherent manner, but I'll try. :)

My mother is pretty sensitive to any sorts of psychic attacks/interference, she usually refers to it as "sensing someone's influence".

A few weeks ago we began going to church (nondenominational) and last Wednesday they had a communion service.
There was something odd about the atmosphere there that day.  Fewer people came than usually.  The music was incredibly powerful, but somehow dissonant.  Something just seemed a bit off.
Well, at some point during the service I kinda shut everything out and simply started feeling the energy.  A few currents here and there, then it felt like my awareness was knocked all the way up to the top of my skull and I spent the rest of the day feeling pretty weird (which isn't necessarily bad, though).
On the way home she asked me what I thought about it and then told me that she "blanked out" for a few seconds while she was there.

Since then either everything got weird or I fully began to realize the weirdness that was already taking place.

The next day I felt kinda feverish since she left for work.  When she came home for lunch I found out that she had a very very rough day at work (actually it's been rough for a while already due to certain hostile coworkers).  At the end of the day she wasn't feeling any better either.
In the evening I got a horrible toothache.  I've been getting those on and off since winter, but it's been at least three weeks since I had it last so I was pretty surprised.  This time it just seemed a lot more unbearable and I just kept praying until it somewhat calmed down.
That night I suddenly woke up and saw a black round mass hanging in the air a few feet away from the bed.  It was opaque and seeming solid, its texture reminded me of fabric.  I closed my eyes and when I opened them it was gone.  Then unusual thing is that when I saw it I wasn't experiencing sleep paralysis.

I fell asleep and somehow ended up in a lucid dream.  My mother was there and also two men that I don't remember much about.  The dream took place in several locations, the last of which looked like our kitchen.  By that time the dream began fading so I'm not sure if what happened next was due to me slipping into a regular dream.
Anyways, I suddenly got paranoid and started doubting whether we can trust the men.  Surely enough, one of them began attacking me, but I "woke up" in another dream.

Since then I have felt like we are constantly under somebody's influence.  It's just in the way things turn out.  I can feel that it is very deliberate and emotionless.  Sometimes it attacks, sometimes it steps back but I always feel like somebody's watching.  Sometimes it's a toothache, sometimes a headache, sometimes some sort of an unpleasant event.  And that counts for the both of us.  She suffers with backaches the same way I do with my teeth.  I'm pretty sure that it's been going on for a pretty long time, but I began seeing things clearly only recently.

An interesting sidenote:  A couple of years ago when I was removing core images, on of them showed up as two men in trenchcoats.  I mentioned them to her as something odd and suspicious and we forgot about it for a while.  I don't know how long after that, but it must have been at least several months we were shopping around for a new TV.  She said that she saw two men in trench coats at the electronics store, but I haven't seen them. 

The more I think about this whole thing the more annoyed I get, the last few days it felt like full out war.  I feel like we are fighting it off just fine, but I'd like to find a way to end it because I am really really annoyed.
By the way, I'm sure that it's a negative influence as opposed to a chain of coincidences or bad health.  Her back always gets better almost instantly after salt baths and garlic always immediately helps my toothache.


So....  Does anybody know how to get rid of this influence?

What kind of steps have you taken thus far?  What kind of results have you had?  How do the results compare to attacks in the past (same effect, less, none)?

You can try cord cutting. Close your eyes and imagine the connection between you and the baddies as streams of light then cut them in your mind. Cut every stream you see. If some of them try to reattach themself to you don't let them.

You might try to souround yourself and fill yourself with light, until you will feel safe, powerful and confident. When you get annoyed or angry you are vulnerable because you get less focused and get bent by the thingies influencing you. Embrace the light, ask for protection, surround yourself with shields. Get rid of fear, become confident, feel safety and warmth, become light powerful illuminating and unmovable. Don't allow any negativity to shake you.
It will work for you.

Well, we tried prayer, salt baths and garlic which in the past was enough to get rid of or significantly weaken occasional attacks.  Lately it seemed to work better, but only in the short term.  It was as if "the attacker" backed off to come back later.    What worried me more is that it wasn't just an attack on the health/energy body it also seemed to affect events and circumstances (in other words, it "made bad things happen").   However, before my last post I've spent some time reading protection threads here and on AD, speaking of which, your thread has been one of the most helpful things I've ever read.  :)
So the first thing that seriously helped me was a prayer found here http://northernway.org/cpprayers.html#lorica (it's the one left to the blue box) and my mom seemed to have some significant success with visualization of violet flames.
Last night I tried the LBRP and that seemed to get rid of all influence, after that I spent some time relaxing and trying to heal whatever damage was already done.  This morning I woke up without toothache and it never came back... which makes me very very happy. ;D
When we talked in the morning I was a bit shocked.  She told me that she has experienced an episode of sleep paralysis, which was more of my problem and has never happened to her before.  She said she felt an attack on her solar plexus and that sounds nearly identical to something that happened to me two or three weeks ago.  There are a few details here that make this even weirder - as if there was actually only one attack that took place in two different points in time.
Today I got her try LBRP, she said she felt a bit better.  I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow.  I think everything's gonna be ok from now on, it's just gonna be a matter of fixing the damage, raising energy and building up stronger shields.

That is a very good advice.   :)  I guess I really needed to be reminded about it in order to step back into the place of invincible light.  Thank you.

Ah, well to give credit where credit is due, the majority of the information in the protection thread was originally written up by Aunt Clair on another site (though lonewolf also had contributions).  It shows up under my name because I helped move over a number of articles when RoE was starting up.

I'm glad to read of your situation improving.  I would interpret the similiarity of the symptoms not as a time delay, but as the attacker(s) backing off from you (perhaps due to your blostered defense) and trying the same thing with your mother. If that's the case, the methods you've used are effective for fending this off.

Of course, to borrow the phrase, I'm no expert.  Keep us updated.

Your experience seems similar to mine when I was younger and questioned everything. I was very susceptible to psychic influence. Just don't be afraid, but I am listing all the dangers I have encountered when just "letting it get to me" and of "letting it go unnoticed"....
Embracing the mother nature to me is like letting go of these constructs that put us in these situations.

Ghosts, are something to be careful of contacting.


Oh, I sense the energy now. I believe you have contacted a ghost of sorts...perhaps a restless spirit. Seek spiritual counciling, from a priest or someone who is kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and foremost- don't pay them money. In my opinion, no one should charge to help someone spiritually.
I got this vibe just now...from your post that relates to mine...this vibe is of a restless spirit. It can prey on your emotions, and life circumstances, make you feel pressured and weighted. Don't give this "creation" credit. He or She is someone who may have been unintentionally awakened, spirituality manifests...does this mean it will always be a good manifestation? No matter how you look at it, there are things we must learn from darkness, and that is that although it may think that it deserves to control us, such as a pesty demon or ghost, they don't. There are rules and they must respect them as you do.

Banish them with as much Devine good energy, but these lower life-entities or attachments, negs, cannot hurt you unless you bare it for a loong time.
I have had experience with it.

My best advice: Clean your room and anything that is cluttered, create a sanctuary to meditate and affirm good traits, distance slightly from any occult for a short time just so you can stay close to you personal identity and don't let my adivce go anywhere over your own. If nothing I say is helpful, then it isn't going to be...it is your choice.

But I do know, that small things can trigger little creatures who are attracted to the spirtualy aware, those who are sensitives are more prone to attacks and become victims of these terrible things.
It is also in part affecting your health if it gets worse, you will have to treat the health condition too...so try to halt it while its in its early stages.
What I am trying to say is that if it is in fact a neg astral messenger, or ghost, then you must banish it in the best way and most cautious way you can before it evolves and understands you.

Negs are like viruses...small doses and you can become immune in a sense, but if you ignore them and let them dominate  your life then they become a real sickness.

OH, I have to add this. St. Michael is the best Arch Angel to pray for to release these entities. As well as invest in some protective crystals, that's all it took for me. As well as getting rid of any hexed object I have had.
Also, I was young and had spontaneous astral projection as well as sleep paralysis, if you treat the symptoms of the sleeplessness and apnea too this will help you defend against the negs. If you believe that is...

Just whatever you do, don't let it go unnoticed or he will latch on to your unconscious. That is where humans are most suspect able I think.

you might have misinterpreted my post (or I might have misinterpreted yours, if it is so, please forgive me).  I was in no way planning to let it "go unnoticed."  However, I must break whatever connection I have with this "entity."  I do believe that like attracts like, so by constantly thinking and chewing over the problem (worse yet, whining, complaining or fearing) I would only make it worse.  I haven't been able to break that cycle before, but the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram has allowed me to do just that.  I feel truly safe now, so as long as I keep up the protection and don't let my guard down, there is no need to worry.

Could you tell me more about the vibes you're getting?
Strangely enough, as I was going through all the possibilities in my mind, I have ruled out ghosts and small negs.   The energy I was sensing was high in awareness and low on emotions (actually there were no emotions at all).   I would expect of ghosts just the opposite - restlessness, depression, confusion, anger, rage and other low vibration emotions.
My mother said that she felt interference from a human, most likely a man.  There is a chance that we might have been under the influence of a "bad guy" who is proficient at infoenergetic manipulations.  If that is the case, the first possibility would be direct "attack."  But it's probably more likely that at some point s/he has created a certain destructive program ( a "curse")  which could have been exactly what was bothering us.  For all I know whoever did this, might have already forgotten all about it, since I feel that it's been with us no less than seven years.
Another thought that has occurred to me is that it might have been some sort of karmic force... it just seemed so dispassionate and impersonal.

Either way, I don't think there  is any point in trying to figure it out anymore.  I think my desire to figure it out was one of the strongest ties I had with the attacker.  This might not make much sense, but one of these days I'll write a lengthy post with some info I've came across over time which would explain my reasoning.  One of these days...

Yeah, usually when I feel a threat, St. Michael is the first name I call, the results were always vague but as far as I know, I'm alive and well.

I used to have more problems with sleep paralysis about five years ago.  First it insanely scared me, then I got used to it, then I just started projecting without any fear or discomfort.  So I haven't really had an episode of sleep paralysis as such for at least a couple of years.  The one I described was an oddity.  It began in some sort of a dream loop with a slightly varying scenario: me running away, then me being paralyzed in bed, me being attacked (solar plexus), me "fighting" it off with prayer, me being drained.  Sometimes I drifted closer reality, sometimes a slipped back into the dream.  In the end, repeating the prayer for the thousandth time I realized that it was a cycle and that I allowed it continue because I was fighting it blindly.  So for a moment I stopped praying, made myself stop thinking about the attack and began praying again.  When I started praying again I immediately felt a wave of energy and began feeling stronger.  That's when I woke up.



General update:  everything's going well.  ;D  Everyone, thank you for the support.

Your experience of sleep paralysis seems to mirror mine a whole lot. I can't explain these things too much anymore. Your last post really seemed to shed light on my personal thing...because it does seem a battle of wits and everything. This thing (He) or whatever he is seems to carry a dark charge that brings negative light to situations.
I wonder about it, but I have noticed the less time I dabble with things that bring darkness the less he is even appearing in my life.

So I wish you good luck but be careful.
