The relationship between yin and yang is often described in terms of sunlight playing over a mountain and in the valley. Yin (literally the 'shady place' or 'north slope') is the dark area occluded by the mountain's bulk, while yang (literally the 'sunny place' or 'south slope') is the brightly lit portion. As the sun moves across the sky, yin and yang gradually trade places with each other, revealing what was obscured and obscuring what was revealed. Yang, by contrast, is characterized as hard, fast, solid, dry, focused, hot, and aggressive. It is associated with masculinity and daytime.

There are three primary channels of Kundalini
the left cooling and blue moon can be compared to the flow of yin
the right warming and yellow sun can be compared to the flow of yang




The channel on the front of the spine tends to run up from the perineum to the crown with hot male energy
The rear channel behind the spine runs down with cold wet female energy .

The crown and the perineum are two naturally influent kandas which can draw new fresh prana into the energy body  strongly .

The lower or male tan tien has two chakras in its cauldron the navel orange and the sacral red . The negative perineum is evident at birth , red is a sucking influent chakra pulling energy into the body naturally and in time this will become effluent also . The orange chakra is positive by nature at birth too . But the kanda or large flat energy field  between the middle tan tien and the lower tan tien is manifested later with energy body development of the magician . There , a kanda will manifest or light up at the top of the naval chakra this is formed between the middle tan tien and the lower tan tien .

If you want to try this I would suggest learning about Taoism , Chi , Energy Flow , Chi Movement and healing such as Qi Gong but also read Bardon IIH as his methods discusss the movement of energies too .

And I would suggest Mantak Chia to you especially because of your interest in the microcosmic orbit which he discusses at length for free online and in his books as well .

And I would suggest Energy Work by Robert Bruce to learn basics of drawing energy through the body .

Are you of the opinion that the current state of the human energy body is potentially capable of the accomplishments shown in the first video, for everyone presently living?

Being a practical person, in personality and profession, I find instances where the spiritual crosses over to the physical particularly interesting.  Things like levitation, combusting things with your own energy, remote manipulation, and so forth always seem to be swept under the carpet by both those who deny it is possible and those who claim they can actually do it.  Those who deny it is possible include of course the mainstream media, scientists, etc because it doesn't fit in the box.  Those who claim to practice it or believe it is possible often write it off as a "side-effect" of the more important work of developing mentally, spiritually, and morally and therefore do not expand thoroughly upon it.

While that may be true, I feel that those abilities should neither be ignored, nor hidden from others.  As shown in the video, he uses such ability for healing.  It wouldn't take much brainstorming to imagine how the world would be affected if everyone had such gifts of various sorts, and were not afraid to use them to benefit others due to exposure to ridicule, fear of losing their credibility, etc.  I don't understand why it is unacceptable to reveal such information freely to the public for everyone to make up their own mind.  The media can't censor everything anymore (at least not in the "free" countries).

I would like to believe that it can be done . I would feel more confident if I examined the newspaper and his hands first to make sure that nothing else occurred . Bardon said that some adepts could ignite a fuel soaked cotton ball with magick also . I have never witnessed this though so I have to sit on the fence on this particular feat ....for now anyway .

Seeing the video of John Chang a few years ago on youtube displaying his powers and stating that we are all capable of developing these powers through hard work and meditation,was the start of my spiritual journey.After all these years it seems to me he could be the real deal.Makes me beieve we are all much capable of what we believe we are.

I had this dreamstate lesson a couple of years ago about developing Chi powers.

25/04/2010 - Mike the Chi master! Dreamstate lesson.

I dreamt that I was with Mike (an old friend) who was showing off with his new gadget which was some sort of wrist worn 'Chi' meter. He told me that it measured the level of Chi and he was quite chuffed that he could get a score of 140 on the gadget.

Thinking that I would be able to blow him away, given my background in metaphysics, I arrogantly asked to have a go. On my first attempt I scored 10, and on my second I scored 14 or 15.

In a huff I demaded to see the instructional manual... and this became the lesson.

As I looked at the glossy leaflet that comprised the instructions for this device, the leaflet became the whole of my consciousness and the rest of the dream fell away.

The leaflet depicted a chart where startsigns were listed from top to bottom on the left hand side of the chart and stages of development were set out in columns across the top.

I looked at the row for Aries (my starsign) and was amazed that it depicted that I could readily leave my body in OBE's, but that this was the reason why I couldn't generate Chi as outward energy so easily.

I read along the chart looking at the steps it gave for becoming a chi master. Whilst I cannot now recall the individual steps, I remember that when I got to column 4 or 5, I was directed to the steps for the zodiac sign above, and then for the next stage of development, to the steps for two zodiac signs above.

I found this absolutely fascinating.

It was amazingly clear at the time. The chart reflected how we are all calibrated differently in accordance with our zodiac sign, and that steps to becoming a 'Chi master' would be different depending upon our sign.

This reminds me that I need to research Astrology and Numerology etc.

You know i remember of having a dream a while back,of John Chan giving me lessons on chi cultivation,and telling me what level i am at and telling me what i had to do in order to advance.Although i cant remember everything he told me,i remember him telling me that my chi is strong and he mentioned something about my aura,also i remember him showing me drawings explaining different techniques,the only drawing i can still recall is the one explaining the microcosmic orbit.There were many of these drawings.When i woke up i said wow and tried to re cal as much as i could.I dint if you have read The Magus of Java which is about John Chan.It says that he is from a lineage called Mo pai,and that his method is called Mo Pai Nei Kung and that it has 72 levels which involve opening the 72 chakras and that the last level is the opening of the crown chakra,these levels are in a ancient manuscript which was passed from generation from the master to the pupil he felt was worthy of continuing this ancient lineage and was passed to John Chan from his master.As i am recalling this whole experience as while typing these words a thought came into my head,could the drawings be John Chan giving me a glimpse of the manuscript?Wow.

Another thing that i would like add is that i was practicing the microcosmic orbit before i had this dream and that i am still practicing it.I find that i am drawn to taoist practices of chi cultivation that the microcosmic orbit will benefit greatly beginners as well as the more advanced.

   Whoa that's interesting. Have you written to him and told him about the dream? Or considered doing that?

Yes i have actualy but he is a very private man and very hard to get a hold of.A student of his told me that sadly he does not teach anymore and has retired.

Oh Well .    Sorry I missed circle today btw.    My daughter needed my help and I was up until 1am sorting out a mess of paperwork.  Hopefully will meet with a circle tomorrow. And hope to meet your sister soon too.
