When I was reading Astral Dynamics about 4 months ago, after I passed a section that mentioned astral hitchhickers and negative spirits, out of fear, I accidentally created a large human shaped thought form.

It's currently trying to possess me and as of now has varying ammounts of control over all of my body parts.

So far I've tried earthing and core image clensing (which is hard for me because the thought form changes its color to clear and makes it impossible to see) for months but both haven't removed it.

I'm wondering if anyone can give me a way to remove it, or if anyone is willing to remove it themselves.

Please can you describe the thought form? In what way are you sure it is your thought form and not something else?

Have you tried confronting it in a loving manner? By this, I mean generate as much love and faith as you can in yourself before you project (or during exit preferably) and then in a stern but loving manner confront it and command it as you see fit.

Don't try to engage in combat with it, also don't expect it to be there every time you project.

Don't make this thing too big in your own mind. If it really is a thought form of your creation then it is part of you. Accept it, move on.

I suspect that what you are experiencing has nothing to do with reading AD which is a good book . AD would not draw negativity towards the reader .

Similarly, I do not consider that it is a negative thoughtform which you have created that troubles you.

As I read this , I see someone longing and calling and then smiling as they walk with something at their elbow that they have invited there. The message means be careful what we ask for we might get it .

What have you tried ? I suggest reading Practical Psychic Defense by Robert Bruce . I also suggest you search here on the River in the Protection forum. And I would begin with a deep breath cleansing of the energy body, a house cleansing and building up your good karma bank. If you continue to be troubled , I suggest you try mega salt baths also by Robert Bruce . Also be good be kind be loving and watch what you say and do so that you do not invite negative spirits to walk with you.

Both the 1999 and 2009 editions of Astral Dynamics are great books. I just remember becoming very afraid that I could attract astral hitchhickers by thinking about them when I read that thought is all that's required to attract them in some cases. Although I had never seen one, at the same time as the occurrence of the fear I abruptly imagined what, to me, an attached astral hitchhiker that had its head over my shoulder looked like and then was stuck infrequently with the image in the comming days and weeks.

At one point, I began hearing the voice of something which I had both assumed was a negative spirit and was attatched to a part of my skin that was close to my elbow because it shocked me there. About a week later after that I took a salt bath and pored some salt all over my back and could then feel the outline of something smaller than me that was shaped like a human.

Originally I thought it was a astral hitchhicker but I was corrected twice when I spoke to two different healers about it who had both asserted that it was a thought form and that it could be dissolved. Neither was able to remove it.
I currently feel that it is indeed a thought form attatched to me because, although it seems to do some of the same things as formerly attached negative spirits (throbbing skin, verbal assults, negative emotions), it has not responded to 2 months of earthing or many of the countermeasures that are offered in PPSD.

As of now, I have not tried a mega salt bath but am curious to know if it would have the potential to remove what I belive is a thought form.

Some help finding the posts Aunt Clair mentioned would be appriciated.
